Terms of Service

Purpose

[TO COMPLETE] These Terms govern the use of the ALATAP platform (hereinafter "the Service") by restaurant professionals (hereinafter "the Restaurateur").

Acceptance

[TO COMPLETE] Signing up to the Service constitutes unreserved acceptance of these Terms. The consent checkbox at account creation is the proof of consent.

Service description

[TO COMPLETE] ALATAP is a freemium SaaS allowing Restaurateurs to operate a digital storefront (dedicated subdomain, booking management) and, via paid add-ons, additional modules (SMS, digital menu, customization, analytics, Click & Collect, no-show protection).

User account

[TO COMPLETE] The Restaurateur agrees to provide accurate information at registration, keep credentials confidential, and take responsibility for actions performed from the account.

Subscription terms

[TO COMPLETE] Paid subscriptions (Starter, Pro) are billed monthly via Stripe. Subscriptions renew tacitly. The Restaurateur may cancel at any time from their dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Restaurateur obligations

[TO COMPLETE] The Restaurateur agrees not to publish any illegal, defamatory, offensive, or rights-infringing content via the Service.

Intellectual property

[TO COMPLETE] ALATAP owns all rights to the platform, its code, design, trademark, and components. The Restaurateur retains rights on content they publish and grants ALATAP a hosting and display license solely to operate the Service.

Liability

[TO COMPLETE] ALATAP uses reasonable means to provide Service availability, without guaranteeing absolute uptime. ALATAP shall not be held liable for force majeure events or third-party failures (hosting, payment provider).

Termination

[TO COMPLETE] The Restaurateur may delete their account at any time from their dashboard. ALATAP reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account for serious breach, with prior email notice.

Applicable law

[TO COMPLETE] These Terms are governed by French law. Any unresolved dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where ALATAP's registered office is located.
