Can I start for free?
Yes. Free includes a restaurant page at your ALATAP address, your practical information and online bookings. No credit card is required to get started. You can stay on Free or move to a paid plan as your needs change.
What is the difference between Free, Starter and Pro?
Free lets you present your restaurant and accept bookings. Starter adds features including an online menu, a waitlist and SMS reminders. Pro adds table management, a multilingual menu, a custom domain and attendance confirmation. Paid-plan pricing depends on your seating capacity.
How do I get my restaurant online?
Create your account, verify your email, then enter your restaurant address, phone number and opening hours. Add an optional photo and publish. You can then share your ALATAP address with guests and complete the rest of your page at your own pace.
Can I use ALATAP if I already have a website?
Yes. Keep your website and embed the ALATAP booking form, available from the Free plan. Your dashboard provides the code to copy. Bookings received through it appear in the same schedule as those from your ALATAP page.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes, with Pro. Keep your domain with your provider and follow the instructions in ALATAP to connect it. Once the configuration is verified and the SSL certificate is issued, your restaurant page is available on that domain.
Are SMS messages included?
Yes. Starter and above include SMS reminders and phone verification with no commercial quota; Pro adds attendance confirmation requests. There are no SMS credits to buy. Abuse protections and destination restrictions still apply.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Paid plans are monthly with no minimum term. You can request cancellation from your dashboard. It takes effect at the end of the current billing period, then your restaurant returns to Free.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, from Subscription in your dashboard. Changes between Starter and Pro apply once processed, with a prorated adjustment. To return to Free, cancel your subscription; the change takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
